The letter notes that Moscow calls on Guterres to do everything in his power to prevent the crime.

The Russian diplomat stressed that the country would consider Ukraine's use of a "dirty bomb" as an act of nuclear terrorism.

Earlier, Dmitry Polyansky, First Deputy Permanent Representative of Russia to the UN, said that the Russian side would send a letter to the Secretary General of the United Nations António Guterres against the background of information that appeared about the risk of using a “dirty bomb” by Kyiv.

The UN, commenting on the data on the preparation of a provocation by Kyiv, called on all parties to avoid actions that could lead to escalation and miscalculations.
