According to him, the discussion was requested in the Miscellaneous section.

Earlier, the UN, commenting on the data on Kyiv preparing a provocation with a “dirty bomb”, called on all parties to avoid actions that could lead to escalation and miscalculations.

Dmitry Polyansky, First Deputy Permanent Representative of Russia to the UN, said that the Russian side would send a letter to the Secretary General of the United Nations, António Guterres, amid emerging information about the risk of using a “dirty bomb” by Kyiv.
