This is stated in a statement by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, published on the website of the Foreign Ministry.

She said that it is planned to discuss the whole range of trilateral and bilateral issues at the summit.

The ministry also noted that Moscow "is concerned about the alarming trends that are gaining momentum in the Transcaucasus, where the West is clearly trying to transfer the confrontational schemes worked out in Ukraine."

On October 14, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov held a meeting with Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov in Astana.
