According to the ministry, on the evening of October 24, Ukrainian saboteurs fired at a car in which there were three civilians.
“As a result, one person died, two received gunshot wounds,” the Ministry of Health said.
The victims were hospitalized in one of the hospitals in the region, their condition is assessed as moderate.
