A spokesman for the Palestinian presidency said that President Mahmoud Abbas is in contact with several parties to stop the Israeli aggression on Nablus, and Abbas has instructed to make contacts immediately with the American side.

The Palestinian Red Crescent confirmed that the occupation forces are preventing medical staff from entering the entire besieged Old City.
