“The crews worked out patrolling in a given area and covering the actions of bomber and attack aircraft, as well as army aviation helicopters during air strikes on military facilities and equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
During the performance of the flight mission, Su-30SM fighter pilots discovered and destroyed the aircraft of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, ”the ministry said in a statement.
Earlier, the Russian Defense Ministry announced the repulsion of the attack of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Nikolaev-Krivoy Rog direction.
