Adhering to the strictest system and the strictest rule of law to protect the ecological environment is the core essence of Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought.

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, under the scientific guidance of Xi Jinping's thought on ecological civilization and Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law, the construction of the rule of law in my country's ecological environment has achieved remarkable results.
Ecological civilization has been written into the party constitution and the constitution, and 25 ecological environment-related laws covering air, water, soil, solid waste, noise pollution prevention, and protection of the Yangtze River and wetlands have been formulated and revised.
