McCall spoke about this in an interview with Newsmax.
"I think it's kind of a secret in Washington that our military industrial base is destroyed," he said.
According to him, "the system is broken" and the United States cannot produce weapons "fast enough".
The congressman said that Washington has not supplied weapons to Taiwan for three years.
He also said that the new HIMARS complexes can be transferred to Kyiv only in a couple of years.
Earlier, Congressman Eric Swolwell, representing the US Democratic Party, said that Zelensky's office pleaded with Washington for help to Ukraine.
