“The Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, together with the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East, to consider the advisability of creating a new national rating of Russian educational institutions of higher education,” one of the paragraphs states.
A report on this and some other issues should be submitted by November 15th.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that at a turning point, it is necessary to build a national education system in Russia.
