She indicated that she considers that the material damage suffered by the plaintiff is fixed and ordered the defendant to pay the plaintiff 12,000 dirhams in compensation for the material and moral damage incurred, with annual interest of 6% from the date of the judgment to the full payment, as well as the fees and expenses of the lawsuit.
