Tuesday weather: cloudy and sometimes humid in the northern third, generally sunny elsewhere

Under very hot temperatures for the season, the rainy weather will evacuate Tuesday towards the northeast, announces Météo-France.

The low clouds will still concern, throughout the day, the plains of Languedoc-Roussillon to the relief of the Cévennes with associated rains but less important than Monday.

From the Pyrenees to the PACA region to the south of the Loire, the sun will be generous and sunny spells will largely dominate after the dissipation of the mists or fogs over Provence.

These wide clearings will reach the south of the Seine in the afternoon.

A sensitive Autan wind in the southwest

Further north, the sky will most often be very cloudy.

The pocket of residual instability which will concern, at daybreak, Champagne, the Ardennes and the borders of the North-East will be evacuated in the direction of Belgium.

On the southwest, the Autan wind, although decreasing, will remain sensitive.

In the Pyrenees, gusts in the southern sector will reach 60 to 70 km / h.

At daybreak, the thermometer will show 10 to 15 degrees on the northern half of the country, between 15 and 17 on the southern half, up to 18 and 19 on the Mediterranean coast as well as in Corsica.

The maximum, a high level for the season, will reach 19 to 24 degrees in the north of the country, 24 to 27 in the south with still peaks of up to 30 or even 32 in the extreme south-west.
