The Basmanny Court of Moscow arrested three more suspects in the terrorist attack on the Crimean bridge.

Until December 8, Alexander Bylin, Oleg Antipov and Dmitry Tyazhelykh will be under arrest.

All of them were charged with committing a terrorist attack by a group of people.

Under this article, defendants can face punishment up to life imprisonment.

About what is known about the new suspects of involvement in the terrorist attack - in the material RT.

Flight customer

According to RT, Oleg Antipov was the general director of the Ulyanovsk company TEK-34, which, according to investigators, ordered the flight of the truck that exploded on the Crimean bridge.

The truck, presumably, transported the film by order of TEK-34 from Armavir to Simferopol.

On October 9, RT managed to talk with Oleg Antipov.

Commenting on the explosion on the Crimean bridge, he stated that he “possesses information that is important,” but refused to disclose it.

In addition, according to him, the data that he is the owner of the TEK-34 company are “not entirely accurate,” but he did not explain what this means.

On October 17, the man was arrested.

According to the Kontur.Focus service, Oleg Antipov, a 33-year-old resident of Ulyanovsk, became the owner and CEO of TEK-34 in November 2020.

In 2021, TEK-34 was almost expelled from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities for an invalid legal address (the city of Dubovka, Volgograd Region), after which in March 2022 the company was re-registered in the Ulyanovsk Region, and in April it was registered with the tax and Pension Fund there .

During the period when the company was headed by Antipov, there were no data on the number of employees, and the revenue was zero.

The latest information about the financial position of the company dates back to 2018, when the company was managed by the previous owner.

That year, with a revenue of 4.3 million rubles, the company suffered a loss of 161 thousand rubles.

In subsequent years, all performance indicators and turnover of TEK-34 were zero, that is, the company actually continued to exist only on paper.

In addition to TEK-34, Oleg Antipov has never had any entrepreneurial activity.

Consignee and supporter of FBK

Another arrested person, Alexander Bylin, according to MSK1.RU, headed Extra LLC, which could be the final recipient of the cargo that was being transported by a truck blown up on the Crimean bridge.

According to the Kontur.Focus database, the firm has neither profit nor tax payments.

RT also found a resume of 44-year-old Alexander Bylin, from which it follows that he lived in the Belgorod region until at least 2014.

So, the last place of work indicated in his resume is Region Agro Product LLC in Stary Oskol, where the man was listed as director.

Apparently, Bylin has a higher legal education, since since 2000 he has worked in several firms as a legal consultant.

Until 2007, the man held positions related to legal support for the activities of enterprises and their representation in courts.

Throughout his career, Bylin himself engaged in entrepreneurial activities, since 2007 he has managed several companies involved in the processing of crops, the sale of vegetables and fruits.

According to the FSSP, several enforcement proceedings have been initiated against Alexander Bylin.

Behind him, in particular, was a loan debt in the amount of 13 thousand rubles, as well as several unpaid fines for traffic violations.

Bylin has a wife and two children.

Another detainee on suspicion of organizing a terrorist attack is 37-year-old Dmitry Tyazhelykh.

Judging by the profile picture on the page on the VKontakte social network, which completely duplicates one of the logos of Navalny's associates, the man may be a supporter of the oppositionist and founder of the Anti-Corruption Foundation (FBK, included by the Ministry of Justice in the register of extremist organizations banned in the Russian Federation that act as foreign agents)

According to the Kontur.Focus database, Tyazhelykh has been registered as an individual entrepreneur since 2013.

The man, now suspected of preparing a terrorist attack on the Crimean bridge, was selling electronic equipment on the Internet.

RT also found out some facts from the heavy personal life.

A few years ago, the man divorced his wife Anna.

Since then, according to her, she has not maintained any relationship with him, and the woman does not know what he has been doing in recent years.

Explosion on the Crimean bridge

On October 8, the driver Mahir Yusubov transported a load of film to Simferopol on the order of the TEK-34 company.

At about 6 am, a heavy truck exploded on the Crimean bridge.

As a result of the explosion, two spans of the automobile part of the bridge were destroyed, and, according to official figures, four people who were in a passenger car behind the exploded truck were killed.

According to the FSB and investigators, the explosion on the bridge was a terrorist attack organized by the Main Directorate of Intelligence (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and its head Kirill Budanov.

The investigation concluded that the explosives were disguised in rolls of construction polyethylene film - in total, 22 pallets with a total weight of 22,770 kg were loaded into the truck.

The order for transportation was issued from the official profile of the TEK-34 company on the freight exchange.

According to the FSB, the explosive device was sent from the port of Odessa back in August.

From Ukraine, it was delivered to the city of Ruse in Bulgaria, from there to the Georgian port of Poti, then to Armenia.

After that, the cargo arrived in the Russian Federation through the Upper Lars checkpoint on the Russian-Georgian border, then ended up in Armavir, from where it was taken for delivery to Simferopol.

The Investigative Committee of Russia reported that a total of 12 people were identified who were involved in organizing the terrorist attack.

Of these, eight people were detained: five Russians and three foreign citizens from Armenia and Ukraine.
