fled Russia and house arrest.
She reports it to her attorney about her.
The former Russian state TV reporter quit after protesting live with a placard against the war in Ukraine.
In July
she was arrested by Russian law enforcement agencies under the law that punishes the disclosure of false information about the country's armed forces.
Prison sentences are up to 15 years.
"Ovsiannikova left Russia with her daughter a few hours after leaving the apartment where she was under house arrest," lawyer Dmitry Zakhvatov told AFP, adding that both mother and daughter are in
Europe
.
The announcement comes two weeks after Russian authorities issued a search notice claiming the reporter had escaped.
The woman took her 11-year-old daughter with her, but she was in the custody of her father by order of a court.
Already on October 3, the Russian
authorities
had disclosed the news of his escape.
Marina Ovsyannikova
was under house arrest since last August 11 with the application of the electronic bracelet.
A new hearing was scheduled for October 9 to assess her procedural position.
She with the risk of a sentence of up to ten years in prison.
