“I believe that this is possible,” Grossi was quoted as saying by RIA Novosti.

He noted that he had good dialogues with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky.

Earlier, Grossi said that following consultations with Moscow and Kyiv, he managed to "come closer" to the creation of a security zone for the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant.

It was also reported that representatives of the IAEA maintain contact with the administration of Energodar, discuss issues of safety and operation of the Zaporozhye NPP.
