Madrid Arrested a municipal police trainee for assaulting his ex-partner at the door of a school

Members of the Civil Guard of Valencia have arrested a minor accused of stabbing a young man who defended a girl from the aggression of her ex-partner, as reported by the Armed Institute in a statement.
The events took place in the Valencian town of Sedaví, when there was a brawl that ended with
a serious victim admitted
to the General Hospital of Valencia.
The Civil Guard then opened an investigation and took statements from the victim's friends who were in the hospital, who explained that the incident occurred at dawn,
when leaving a local nightclub
.
The victim was assaulted while trying to defend a girl who was being assaulted.
The 19-year-old girl was identified after making the first steps, as well as various witnesses and security guards.
Her statements, along with the view of the security cameras, recorded what happened.
The young woman went to the disco that night to
celebrate her birthday
in the company of a group of friends, meeting by chance with her ex-partner, who insisted on several occasions to leave with him, to which the girl refused.
When the young woman was about to leave the nightclub, she found that
her ex-partner and her friends were waiting for them outside
and, without saying a word, she punched the young woman's companion twice and they went after him.
The girl, in her demonstration, confessed to the Civil Guard agents that her ex-partner had already beaten her during an argument on another occasion, but that she did not report the facts.
A few minutes later, the former couple returned to the place where the young woman was and punched her in the face, interposing between them a witness to what happened,
a 23-year-old man of Senegalese origin who then began to be assaulted
by the former couple and their friends.
This aggression was joined by members of the gypsy ethnic group who were in the place, using
bars, white weapons and small glass bottles
.
This young man was finally injured with a knife in the chest and abdomen.
He continued to be a victim of the attacks, still wounded and trying to flee from his attackers.
The Civil Guard of Valencia has managed to identify the participants in these events and has arrested them between September 20 and October 4.
A total of nine people
, aged between 17 and 39, have been arrested.
Among them a minor, perpetrator of the attack with a knife, who is charged with a crime of intentional homicide resulting in injuries who, by order of the Valencian Juvenile Prosecutor's Office, is already admitted to a juvenile center.
Regarding the rest of the detainees, the girl's ex-partner is found for a crime of injury in the family and two crimes of injury.
On the part of the judicial authority, a restraining order has been agreed with respect to his victims.
The proceedings have been delivered to the Court of First Instance and Instruction number 4 of Catarroja and the Juvenile Prosecutor's Office of Valencia.
