The Ministry of Agriculture added that factories retain jobs, and products enter the Russian market.
Earlier, the French company Danone announced plans to relinquish control of its dairy and plant products business in Russia.
Artyom Belov, CEO of Soyuzmoloko, said that Danone's decision would not affect buyers in Russia.
