At Kramfors municipality, no one can give an answer today as to how Aila Heimonen was injured at the nursing home where she lived. She was taken to hospital with a fractured upper arm and a dislocated shoulder. - At the moment, I cannot comment on it, but there is an ongoing investigation into it, says Mikael Gidlöf, head of the welfare administration at Kramfors municipality.
- What we do in this investigation is that we request statements from everyone who works at the workplace and then we request medical records and talk to relatives.
The investigation is expected to be completed in week 43.
- If we can see that someone intentionally caused the damage, we will report it to the police and there may be labor law measures and there may be a report to IVO according to Lex Maria.
But we currently do not know what happened.
