Ingredients for 4:

  • 500 g fresh green or frozen broccoli

  • 2 granny smith apples

  • 1 small onion

  • 75 cl of water

  • 20g salted butter 

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • salt and pepper

Onion peeled and cut into 8 .

If your broccoli is fresh, rinse and separate small florets.

Peel the apples and cut them into whatever you want.

In a saucepan, melt the butter to brown the onion strips for 2 minutes, then the broccoli and the apples for 2 minutes;

pour boiling water cooking 20 minutes.

go to the blender for a perfect smoothness that you won't get with a food processor in your saucepan – yes, I know, afterwards you have to rinse the blender but you will be gratified!
