Andersson believes that several central parts are missing from the agreement concluded within the new government documents.

As examples, she mentions measures against segregation and rural issues.

According to the outgoing prime minister, the policies of the right-wing parties also risk fueling inflation and, in the long run, increasing the gaps.

- We also see no agreement on investment in healthcare, schools and care for the elderly so that they can now stand up against the cost shock that awaits them, she says.

Magdalena Andersson further describes Kristersson's government foundation as "very weak", and says that she is ready to take on the role of opposition leader to review the policies that are being pursued.

At the same time, she keeps the door open for other ways forward.

- The Social Democrats are of course always ready to take responsibility for Sweden and go back into government if this doesn't work.
