Meanwhile, the Sharjah Private Education Authority confirmed that in the event that a bus is delayed, the causes are investigated by the control teams, to ascertain the cause, and the school’s violation that did not comply with school transport regulations and controls, noting that the tracking system for students inside the bus is on the “safe” application. » It monitors any unregistered paths in the direction of the bus.

In detail, the parents of: Mustafa Mahmoud, Marwa al-Sayed, Magdy Kamal, Najwa Nabil and Saber Muhammad reported that the time of the school bus for their children ranges between an hour and an hour and a half per trip, and the same on the return, stressing that this issue causes severe fatigue for their children, especially Children in the kindergarten and first cycle stages, and leads to their return from school directly to sleep, making them unable to study their lessons or engage in any other activity, forcing them to rest their children more than one day per week.

The students' parents explained to "Emirates Today" that they wake up from the early morning, before sunrise, to prepare their children, and to wait for the bus, especially since the buses do not wait for students long enough.

They pointed out that the buses are more delayed on the return trip, because they pass each student's home to deliver him, which makes the students living in further areas suffer the length of the bus journey more, and suffer from a state of stress.

A number of students’ families pointed out that some schools suffer from a shortage of buses, which makes one bus cover a very wide area, while other schools provide them with more than one bus, which makes kindergarten students who finish their school day early wait for them. They spend a long time until their classmates at other seminars are finished, adding to their suffering from the length of the bus journey.

For its part, school administrations told «Emirates Today» that they are seeking as much as possible to provide buses to cover various regions, but at the same time they are working to transport students to three emirates, and therefore each emirate needs wide coverage, and a large number of buses.

Until the last student is downloaded, according to the regulation of school transport activity in the Emirate of Sharjah for the year 2019.

The authority explained to "Emirates Today" that the authority has a system for tracking school buses (operations room to monitor the movement of buses, moment by moment) in the Emirate of Sharjah, as well as a tracking system for students inside the bus through the "safe" application on the student's guardian's phone, and accordingly Monitoring any unregistered paths in the direction of the bus, as well as delays, noting that it directed schools to abide by the bus route, not to exceed the specified time period for the trip, and inform the student's guardian of the time of the trip before contracting for school transport.
