Ahmed Al-Badwawi said that the private sector will drive legislation in the future, as governments must work hand in hand with this sector to devise new practical solutions to both current and emerging challenges.

He stressed the need for future governments to balance legal legislation and openness to solutions offered by private sector companies, stressing the role of non-governmental organizations in providing solutions to improve legislation in the future, noting the importance of joint work in various sectors to build a prosperous future, achieve human dignity and develop societies.

Dr. Blaz Golub said that many governments do not work with the private sector to create new laws and legislation, considering that the primary role of governments is to stimulate progress and growth, and to enact new laws and legislation that take into account the future of work, and create new opportunities for companies to develop their businesses.

He added: "Smart governments are the ones that foresee the future, invest in the private sector, and provide it with all facilities to enable it to put forward new ideas and innovations that contribute to the development of legislation and laws currently in force."
