In a press statement to "Emirates Today" on the sidelines of the Dubai Health Forum yesterday, they stressed the need to further intensify research and studies to foresee the future, face future challenges, and work to find radical solutions to all that humankind suffers from, especially diseases and epidemics.

The Executive Director of Administrative Affairs at the Dubai Academic Health Corporation, Dr. Hanan Al Suwaidi, said that the most prominent developments and expectations that the health sector may witness in the future, is to focus heavily on initiatives and projects based on modern technology innovations, and methodologies for preventive and proactive care from deadly diseases, In addition to enhancing and employing the presence of artificial intelligence in medical technologies to detect diseases, including the development of drugs, drugs and complex therapies, and promoting medical research.

She added, "It is also expected that more innovative and specialized health services will be provided, keeping pace with future challenges, which will have a significant impact on reducing the proportion of chronic and dangerous diseases, and thus will reflect positively on human health."

Al-Suwaidi stressed that the next stage requires concerted efforts by everyone as a priority to invest more in research support to enhance the level of quality of life, and the readiness of the health sector to face and anticipate future challenges, to enhance human health and protect our societies, and to harness all available capabilities for that.
