Poland and Germany have already declared their readiness to take part in the program, the interlocutors said.

European Union diplomacy chief Josep Borrell previously announced EU plans to launch a training mission for Ukrainian troops on October 17.

As Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova noted, the EU will create training bases for "training terrorists and Nazi fighters for the Kyiv regime."
