The person arrested, under house arrest, is defended by the lawyer Rocco Giancristofaro;
tomorrow the validation interrogation will be held before the investigating judge of the Court of Chieti, Luca De Ninis.
The old woman who was admitted to the Gaetano Bernabeo hospital in Ortona last night is still in hospital under observation despite her son's insistent discharge requests.
According to what has been possible to reconstruct, the woman was tied to the bed because the Alzheimer's disease she suffers from makes her dangerous for herself and for others.
The two family members involved in the affair live in the same building as the 85-year-old;
according to what has been learned of her, they used to assist her and alternated to keep her company and supervise her, but when they were forced to leave her alone, always for a very short time, they tied her up.
