Kadyrov was indignant that when the Kyiv authorities had been shelling civilians in the LPR and DPR for eight years, destroying their infrastructure, they “could do it,” but when Zelensky “fell on his head, it suddenly became impossible for anyone.”
“We warned you, Zelensky, that Russia hasn’t really started yet, so stop complaining like cheap stuff, but better, run before it arrives,” Kadyrov said.
He also advised Zelensky to “run towards the West.”
Kadyrov also said that "now he is one hundred percent satisfied with the conduct of the NWO."
Earlier, Zelensky, during a video message, announced strikes on energy facilities throughout Ukraine.
