Vladimir Putin will convene his Security Council on Monday in Moscow.
During an exchange with the head of the committee of inquiry into the Crimean bridge affair, this Sunday, October 9, he denounced a “
terrorist attack
” fomented by the Ukrainian secret services.
This meeting between security force officials could be an opportunity for Russia to announce a military response.

Forty-eight hours after the explosion of the Crimean bridge, the investigation committee unveiled its first conclusions to the Russian president.
The attack on the bridge was reportedly instigated by Ukrainian intelligence
agents
with the help of Russian citizens and foreign nationals.
The Kremlin has just broadcast an exchange between the head of the commission of inquiry into the explosion of the Kerch bridge and V Putin.

Surprisingly, these accusations bring together everything that the Kremlin
hates
in Ukraine and therefore sound like the signal of a strong announcement to come.

A few minutes earlier, another worrying signal had been sent by the Russian security services, the FSB.
According to them, Ukraine
has increased
its firing on Russian territory in recent days.
The services do not specify whether they are talking about Russian territory or Ukrainian territories recently annexed by Moscow.
But these accusations sound like a second worrying signal.
Everything therefore suggests that the Security Council convened by Vladimir Putin could be the subject of a strong declaration, a response to all the humiliations suffered by the army and the authorities in recent weeks.
However, the Kremlin told Russian journalists responsible for following presidential news that the attack on the Crimean bridge would not lead to the use of nuclear weapons.
