Supporting them in order to facilitate procedures, especially since many hospitals do not have a medical staff who speaks Arabic, which makes it difficult for doctors to communicate directly with senior citizens regarding procedures, steps and medical advice, noting that the volunteer team is currently being prepared for its formation by the Department of Community Development In coordination and consultation with it, the name of the team will be announced during the coming period.

Al-Nahdi added: “I presented more than one idea within the (Wayakom) platform, including the idea of ​​(Khalifa region official), which is based on the presence of a responsible person with a headquarters or office that supports the people of the region, stands by them, solves their problems, and communicates all their observations to officials, and the officials return to him when needed to know the city’s information. And the idea of ​​(Takaful), which is based on the establishment of a financial symbiotic association under the supervision of the state, that contributes to facilitating the affairs of the insolvent and paying off debts, so that a small amount of money is deducted from the participants, and the entitlement is in turn for all participants.

And she continued: "I also presented the idea of ​​establishing a creative center in the Khalifa area that would be a center for business and creativity that provides common work spaces and works to incubate a set of ideas and initiatives that help develop the community. Programs that convert ideas into implemented projects.

• The idea of ​​"Takaful" is based on the establishment of a financial solidarity association under the supervision of the state, which contributes to facilitating the affairs of the insolvent and the settlement of debts.
