This incident comes days after the Egyptian security forces arrested a person who was driving recklessly, and was deliberately harassing others by not allowing drivers to pass, on the Cairo-Suez Road, which caused traffic disruption at the time.

A video clip - which spread quickly on social media at the time - showed the driver who was driving a private car insanely on the Suez axis, as he opened the front door of the car and took his foot out of it, which prompted one of the heavy transport drivers to collide with him from behind, in an attempt to stop him.

Investigations revealed that the accused was under the influence of narcotics and in a state of intoxication, and fled from security for fear of arrest.
