The law, among other things, provides for the suspension of the employment contract of a mobilized worker for the period while he is doing military service.

The action applies to citizens who were mobilized, or who entered military service under a contract and voluntarily from September 21.

According to the document, the mobilized employee retains the place of work and position for the period when the contract is suspended.

Earlier, the Federation Council and the State Duma approved the law on the labor rights of mobilized workers.
