As stated in the document on the official portal of legal information, the participants of the SVO have the right to suspend the fulfillment of their obligations under the loan or loan agreement, which is concluded before the day of their mobilization, signing of the contract, participation in the SVO.
The same right is granted to members of their families who have entered into a credit or loan agreement.
It is noted that the law was developed in order to protect the rights of citizens-borrowers who are called up for military service by mobilization, serving under a contract or in the National Guard.
The Russian president also signed the law on the labor rights of the mobilized.
