A 26-year-old young man was tried on Thursday before the Saint-Malo criminal court (Ille-et-Vilaine) for contempt and violence against a bus driver, reports

The facts date back to December.

While driving through the streets of the Paramé district, the driver braked sharply so as not to run over a pedestrian who had just appeared.

The sudden braking had caused the fall of a father and his daughter who were standing in the bus.

Furious, the young father then insulted the driver before grabbing his jaw and pressing his forehead against his.

He then tore off his mask before violently knocking on the door of the bus.

Already convicted several times, the individual was sentenced to three months in prison.

He will also have to pay 300 euros to the victim.
