Drone explodes at a military airport in Russia

A drone has exploded at a military airport in Kaluga Oblast, about 200 kilometers southwest of Moscow, according to Russian authorities.

The region's governor, Vladislav Shabcha, said on his Telegram channel that the drone "may have flown here from abroad."

The explosion of the drone did not cause any damage or casualties.

The movement at the airport continues without stopping.

Local media reported earlier that the drone had exploded on the runway.
