The case began after the discovery by the Australian authorities of a child pornography video on the “dark web”.

Other videos of serious sexual violence against her 11-year-old daughter were found at her home after a search.

A judicial investigation for "incestuous rape committed on a minor with torture or act of barbarism" and "capture for its dissemination of a pornographic image of a minor", was opened by the Pontoise prosecutor's office.
