The man reportedly described significant pressure from his father, his partner in the winery.

He would also have mentioned difficulties in the management of the company and in reimbursing financial withdrawals made on the company's account.

The suspect would also have explained that he intended to commit suicide with his weapon on the day of the facts.

But he would have finally crossed his father and shot him twice, for reasons that have yet to be determined.

The man was indicted for murder on ascendant and remanded in custody.
