A mixer truck hits a car, five injured in Haute-Savoie

Five people were seriously injured in an accident on a departmental road between Saint-Jeoire and Mieussy (Haute-Savoie), this Thursday afternoon.

In the light vehicle were four people who were seriously injured.

The 40-year-old truck driver was also hit.

The Haute-Savoie Civil Security helicopter was mobilized on site.

The injured were transported to hospitals in Sallanches, Annecy and Contamine-sur-Arves.

The causes of the accident were unknown;
