“Fire was recorded from the AFU in Donetsk (Proletarsky district) ... one AGM-88 HARM rocket was fired,” the DPR representative office in the JCCC said in a statement.
Earlier, the Ukrainian military shelled the village of Starobelsk in the Luhansk People's Republic.
As a result of the shelling, a nursery garden, a stadium and three residential buildings were damaged.
