At 03:30 on the night of Wednesday, the police in Bäckby were alerted to a shooting.
An unknown number of shots are said to have been fired at a residence where several people were, according to the police.
No one was physically injured in the incident.
During the night, several investigative measures were taken, among other things, the police held several witness interviews and worked with tracking with a dog at the crime scene.
- An important part of the investigation is to clarify a motive for the shooting, that work is ongoing but is at too early a stage to say anything about, says Johan Thalberg, police spokesperson.
No one has been arrested or suspected of the crimes.
