Pushilin clarified that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are retreating without the possibility of holding the positions they previously occupied.
He also said that taking control of this city creates a favorable situation for the release of other settlements.
Earlier, Assistant Minister of the Interior of the Luhansk People's Republic Vitaly Kiselyov said that Ukrainian troops were retreating near Artyomovsk in the DPR.
