Russia's Putin government is trying to unilaterally annex four Ukrainian provinces, while the Ukrainian military is stepping up its counteroffensive in the east and south.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has announced the liberation of dozens of settlements this week alone and stressed that the offensive will continue.

Russia's Putin administration has passed documents and related bills in both houses of parliament that unilaterally stipulate that four states in the eastern and southern parts of Ukraine will be annexed by the 4th.

After this, President Putin is expected to sign it, and it is a policy to continue the invasion under the pretext of "territorial defense" in the future.

In response, the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense posted a video on SNS raising the Ukrainian flag in a village in the southern province of Kherson on the 4th.

In a video released on the 4th, President Zelensky said, "The Ukrainian army continues its rapid and strong advance mainly in the southern part of the country as a defensive operation. This week alone, there have already been several attacks in four provinces, including Kherson and Kharkiv. Ten settlements have been liberated."

After that, he said, "It's only a matter of time before we drive out the occupiers from all the territories," and emphasized that the advance will continue to recapture the territories.

Furthermore, he announced that he had signed a presidential decree that declared Russia's unilateral annexation null and void, and said, "Any decision or treaty by Russia to seize our territory is worthless." I strongly restrained him.

On the 4th, the Ukrainian president's office announced that it had decided not to negotiate with President Putin, strengthening its confrontational stance against Russia.
