According to the diplomat, the presented document is one-sided and unbalanced in line with Western approaches to covering the conflict in Ukraine.

“Obviously, the Office lacks the courage to take a principled approach to truthfully and objectively reflect all war crimes, crimes against humanity and human rights violations for which the Kyiv regime is responsible,” Zakharova said in a statement.

Earlier, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Vershinin called on the UN to take a more balanced line on Ukraine.
