“Sergey Shoigu instructed the General Staff to provide the mobilized military personnel with the necessary clothing and other material means in full, as well as to exclude cases of violations of the rights of citizens during partial mobilization measures,” the department said in a Telegram message.
Earlier, a form for filing a complaint about violations during partial mobilization appeared on the State Services.
It is clarified that both the mobilized person and another person can appeal against the call.
To submit an application, data on the agenda are required, as well as documents confirming the basis for the postponement, which will be sent to the draft commission of the region where the mobilized is on military registration.
