Shoigu said that the Russian Ministry of Defense has completed more than two-thirds of the partial mobilization plan.
The mobilized will be trained at 80 training grounds and 6 training centers.
Officials were instructed to provide the mobilized persons with necessary clothing sets and other items and to appoint them to their military posts.
According to previous reports, Russia announced a partial mobilization on September 21.
