Russian President Putin is forcing legal procedures to unilaterally annex four states of Ukraine, and plans to continue the invasion under the pretext of 'territorial defense' in the future.

In response, the Ukrainian government has announced that it has officially decided not to negotiate with President Putin, and is ready to fight to recapture its territory.

In addition, as a result of the National Security and Defense Conference held on the 30th of last month, the Ukrainian President's Office concluded that it was impossible to negotiate with President Putin, and officially decided not to negotiate with President Putin. I announced on the 4th that I did.
