“Since September 21, about 200,000 Russian citizens have entered Kazakhstan, 147,000 have left,” the minister said, answering a question from journalists. 

Earlier, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia reported a reduction in the number of Russian citizens wishing to cross the border. 

The Russian Defense Ministry announced that it does not plan to ask Kazakhstan, Georgia and other states for the forced return of Russians in these countries as part of a partial mobilization.
