Bank Saint Petersburg provided the shipyard with guarantees for €76.8 million.

“According to information received from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs ... the Ministry has issued a negative decision regarding the export license for the icebreaker ordered by Norilsk Nickel,” the shipyard said.

The icebreaker was supposed to operate in the Yenisei and the Kara Sea to ensure the escort of ships to the port of Dudinka.
