Emissions of carbon dioxide must be reduced by 12 percent - every year

With the carbon dioxide budget, it must be possible to show how much can be emitted in the county.

- Having a carbon dioxide budget for the county is a step in the right direction to get a better picture of how we are doing and what we need to do to reach the county's climate goals.
