The Kommersant newspaper writes about this with reference to the director of the secondary market department of Inkom-Nedvizhimost Sergey Shloma. 

According to the newspaper, citing market participants, next week the situation on the secondary housing market "stabilized somewhat."

According to Shloma, property owners in Moscow are ready to discount an average of 10-15% for an urgent sale of an apartment, with a maximum of 20%.

Earlier, in an interview with NSN, Oleg Samoilov, Vice President of the Russian Guild of Realtors, commented on the situation on the secondary housing market.
