“In its efforts to tilt the political balance to the left, the channel labeled the plaintiff with even more scandalous, false and slanderous labels, such as “racist,” “Russian lackey,” “rebel,” and eventually “Hitler,” the lawsuit says.
The document notes that the channel acted deliberately and refused the opportunity to refute the reports.
