Rent negotiations begin in Halland: "Increase by 10 percent necessary"

The rent negotiations for next year will begin in the next few days.

- It is a unique situation where landlords are squeezed by both energy prices and increased interest rates, says Rikard Ljunggren, CEO of Fastighetsägarna GFR, who represents a number of landlords in Halland.

The Tenants' Association also believes in a higher increase than before, but says that the Property Owners' demand for 10 percent would be devastating for the tenants.
