The spill of methane from the Nord Stream 2 pipeline has not stopped and, on the contrary, has now increased in size.

It is the Russian news agency, Tass, to intervene on the issue to argue that the damage to the methane gas pipeline has worsened with the passing of days and that, unfortunately, the flow of methane that pours into the sea has not stopped at all. .

To corroborate its thesis, Tass reports a communication from the Swedish Coast Guard, which took place during the morning, in which Sweden had explained how the leak from Nord Stream 1 was no longer visible, while there was still a leak of gas from Nord Stream. 2, which never entered into activity due to the political conflicts between Europe and Russia linked to the invasion of Ukraine by the troops of Moscow.

"The smallest leak monitored on the Nord Stream 2 today has increased from yesterday's size and is around 30 meters," the Swedish Coast Guard said in a statement, noting that it is taking "the necessary environmental rescue measures due to the potential release of gas for some time ".
